Episode # 2: Andrea Cid

how a champion of natural products became  the CEO of Cid Botanicals.

Andrea is originally from Santiago, Chile, Andrea Cid is the Managing Director of Concept II Cosmetics, a bath & body manufacturer based in Miami. Founded in 1988, Concept II specializes in plant-based body mist, lotion and nail polish, exporting its Made in the USA products to over 55 countries.

Prior to her experience in consumer products manufacturing, Andrea specialized in real estate and finance. An avid traveler, she has lived and worked in Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and the US. Andrea has an economics degree from Harvard College and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Marte Siebenhar is a classically trained professional musician, facilitator, speaker, and coach. She invented Practical Creativity™, which integrates listening, imagination, ingenuity, intuition, and play. She is guided by a deep interest in leaders, and helping them define, realign with and live their purpose and possibilities, so they can translate their vision into value. Prior to starting her firm Cultured Innovations, she was an arts leader at New World Symphony, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Carnegie Hall, and executive director of Bakehouse Art Complex. She is an alumna of Manhattan School of Music and fellowships with the Kennedy Center and Miami Foundation. Marte starts each day with running and meditation. She is the author of two books.

Veronica worked in market research and innovation for 10 years before embracing her true calling and joining the wellness and personal wellbeing space. She is the Co-Founder of Dinner Confidential -- a global initiative that explores the full spectrum of the feminine experience through intimate dinners. Each month DC investigates one social topic globally (i.e.: Failure, Sexuality, Courage etc.) and then share the key learnings via articles and posts. She is also a Leadership Coach and a researcher for The Wellbeing Project.

Veronica is a mom of two young kids and last year she moved to Miami Beach with her family after 13 years as a New Yorker.
